If you're dissatisfied with the quality of the product delivered, or it doesn't match your purchase orders, you may exchange or return it in just a few simple steps.
All that you need to do is fill your return request form within two days of the product delivery. However, please note the product should reach us within 7 days of filling the 'return request form'.
Additionally, if any of the products returned is not found in its original condition or if it is returned after usage, then we reserve the right to decline any return or exchange.
However, if your requisition is found out be genuine, you will be given all your money back, excluding the shipping charges, if paid in case of international buyers.
The product returned ought to be in its original packing along with the original tags. It should also be accompanied with the original invoice.
While we are committed to maintaining a long-lasting relationship with our customers by providing them 100% satisfaction, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of jewellery and stitched items.
Return requests regarding strains or stitching faults need to be filed within 24 hours of product delivery. In these cases, you shall also need to send a digital copy of the invoice of the product along with your return request form.
In case a product gets damaged after use, we offer you the advantage to get it repaired. But, for that matter, you need to pay the transportation charges.

Will you refund the shipping charges as well?
No, there would not be any refund for the shipping charges, custom duties and taxes etc, if paid by you at the time of receiving the delivery. Please note that there would be shipping cost deductions in case of refund by Indian buyers as well.
How will I know that the complaint filed by me has been accepted?
