India Emporium ensures utmost customer satisfaction, before, during, and after purchase. Our return policy allows you to return damaged/ defected products by filing for a return request within 24 hours of the product delivery. However, please note the product should reach us within 7 days of filling the 'return request form'.
The product returned ought to be in its original packing along with the original tags. It should also be accompanied with the original invoice.
Kindly note that the stitched products can only be returned if:
The product is tattered or defective.
The product is not stitched as per the given dimensions
In case the stitched product is not liked by the customer due to any personal reason, India Emporium reserves the right to turn down any request for return or exchange.
If any of the products returned is not found in its original condition or if it is returned after usage, we reserve the right to decline any return or exchange.
If your requisition is found to be genuine, we will offer you a complete refund excluding the shipping charges and custom duties. (For International buyers)
While we are committed to maintaining a long-lasting relationship with our customers by providing them 100% satisfaction, we are unable to accept returns or exchange of Jewellery and customized items.
Return requests regarding strains or stitching faults need to be filed within 24 hours of product delivery. In these cases you will also need to send an image of the product, a digital copy of the invoice of the product along with your return request form.
In case a product gets damaged after use, we offer you the advantage to get it repaired. However you may be requested to pay the shipping charges.
In case of order cancellation the refund will be issued within 30-40 days.

Will you refund the shipping charges as well?
No, there would not be any refund for the shipping charges, custom duties and taxes etc, if paid by you at the time of receiving the delivery. Please note that there would be shipping cost deductions in case of refund by Indian buyers as well.
